Because it already has. Every machine we sell is duty-rated on the 260+ WTF gym floors that run it before it reaches the catalogue — real member load, years in service, not a showroom demo. Each product page states its duty rating and the number of WTF gyms already running it, and you are welcome to test the machine at our Noida showroom before you buy.
How does installation and delivery work, and what is the lead time?
Pan-India delivery with installation by our own crews, coordinated with your fit-out. Typical lead time is 3–6 weeks from order confirmation depending on city, stock and floor readiness — your quote states the exact window.
What is the service SLA after installation?
Response within 4 working hours on service requests, with spares stocked in India. Every machine we sell also runs in our own gyms, so parts and technicians already exist for it.
How do GST and payment terms work?
